great location balcony room strange decor missing facilities
the room was nice it included a superior queen room balcony. the staff were friendly i saw many were helpful. the location is great for transport shops and restaurants are also very close.
the decor feels strange that photo in the room is weird. there are no facilities such as a gym or pool i think the price is a bit high considering this.

the hotel is next to a subway station and bus stop. this provided easy access to the airport and central station. i found the room to be clean and functional , meeting my needs for a comfortable space.
the room i stayed in felt slightly warm, as the air conditioning wasn't working.

The hotel sits right next to kadewe. public transportation is readily available, as the hotel is directly opposite an underground station. Accessing different parts of the city is very convenient, and the immediate area feels safe.

the breakfast offered MANY choices and the juices were a plus. room service downstairs on the premises was fantastic. the staff at the hotel was very friendly.
The bar WAS closed due to short staffing. I found this inconvenient. the coffee in the room was terrible. i also found no teabags or milk.

The location provided easy access to public transportation. i found many restaurants nearby. This offered numerous dining choices. the hotel kept everything very clean, so i felt comfortable. the staff seemed warm, and i felt they were helpful.
my room was smaller than expected. i booked the same room type as my friends, yet i received a smaller space. the explanation offered was that room sizes vary, though this was disappointing

the hotel is aesthetically pleasing. it is directly next to an ubahn station, and several bus lines service the area. i noticed the environment is pleasant, and it doesn't feel very touristy.

the location was acceptable , with convenient access to transportation.
the room was too warm. the heating system was active , but i could not use air conditioning or a fan. i tried opening the windows , but street noise disrupted my sleep.
